KINKAO is the online food catering platform that offers lunch box delivery service for office employee as believing that lunch break is the best time for colleagues to eat together and bond their relationships.

Having an unclear visual branding which may discourage it’s core value and confused customers, KINKAO identity was rebranded to reach more target audience who is the young generations. As a result, both logo and it’s key visuals are adjusted and designed to look friendlier, and more modern.

In terms of KINKAO platform, it’s old website has several usability issues ranging from overcrowded platform layout, distracting background image, messy and illegible body text.Consequently, the site was redesigned to resolve such problems as well as to align with the new brand identity.
